Humidity control
The built-in humidity sensor can automatically set the BSK recovery unit to Boost mode when a set humidity level is reached in the house to quickly dissipate moisture and prevent it from building up.
Defrost
The defrost mode switches on automatically when the outside temperature is below 0°C and no preheater is connected to the unit. Its function is to control the air intake and exhaust rates to prevent frost formation and maintain a safe temperature in the unit. However, in our conditions with winter temperatures dropping below -10°C, we recommend adding a preheater to the unit to prevent frost problems inside the unit.
App a Cloud
Thanks to wifi, you can control the unit via a mobile app and thanks to CLOUD it is also accessible outside the local network.
Free cooling
During seasonal transitions (spring and autumn), when indoor and outdoor temperature differences are not significant, the BSK heat recovery units automatically switch to free cooling mode by opening the built-in bypass valve. The air passes through this duct without passing through the heat exchanger, so you can cool your house directly.
ModBus
Our units use the ModBus protocol to connect and communicate with the building management system and report faults or routine maintenance. You can monitor and control the unit via a computer or central system.
