Jednotky na ošetrovanie vzduchu Flexit Nordic S3 boli vyvinuté tak, aby boli energeticky efektívne v severskom klíme. Jednoduchá možnosť pripojenia odsávača pár cez obchádzku. Ventilačná jednotka má veľmi efektívne rotačné výmenníky tepla s účinnosťou teploty až do 85%. Všetky severské jednotky sú štandardne riadené prostredníctvom aplikácie Flexit GO a je možné ich doplniť rôznymi príslušenstvami, bezdrôtovými alebo drôtovými, napr. ovládacím panelom, senzorom vlhkosti, senzorom tlaku pre kuchynský ventilátor, senzorom CO2 atď. Riadiaci systém je pripravený na miestnu reguláciu dopytu. Chladiaca rekuperácia je štandardnou funkciou v severskej sérii. S Flexit GO je tiež možné aktivovať funkciu voľného / nočného chladenia. V prípade vysokého obsahu vlhkosti vo vzduchu z odsávaného vzduchu je možné aktivovať funkciu rozmrazovania v aplikácii Flexit GO, aby sa zabezpečilo prevádzkovanie v chladných podmienkach.
